Membership FAQs
 
Is there a commitment to sign up for the membership?
We ask for a 3 month commitment for any of the memberships. Once an autopayment is made, there are no refunds.

Are the memberships on auto-pay?
Flex 1, Flex 2, and Flex 3 Memberships are contracted autopayments and stay that way until you tell us otherwise, after your 3 month committment!

Am I able to change my membership?
Yes, all three of these memberships can be changed.  If you are on the Flex 2 or Flex 3 membership you are able to upgrade to the next level at the beginning of the next billing period.  If you are on the Flex 1 or Flex 2 membership you are able to drop down to the next level, but only at the beginning of the next billing period. There is no extra charge to change your membership other than the price difference between the memberships.

Can I change my membership to a different tier for just one month?
Yes, as mentioned above, the membership can be changed to a different tier for any number of months, as long as it follows the guidelines above. No fee for changing tiers.

How much in advance do I need to notify you to cancel my membership?
If you are in need of cancelling your membership there are two options:

You may cancel online in your account.  If you choose to cancel your membership online the cancellation will occur immediately and no further classes will be available for attendance.  This must be done three (3) days prior to your membership ending or your account will be charged for the continuing month. No refunds will be issued.  
You may send an email to info@yogashalaandwellnesscenter.com a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of cancellation.  This will ensure that we have a record of your requesting the termination and you will receive a confirmation after we have canceled the auto-pay.

Am I able to put my membership on hold?
There is no option to put your membership on hold, however you can cancel your membership at any time. There is an activation fee for any new membership sign up.

If I miss one week am I able to roll my missed days to another week within the month?
Yes.  If you have the Flex 2 or Flex 3 membership and you miss a class you are able to use it within the same month. Classes may roll over week to week, but NOT month to month. If you hold a Flex 2 membership you have 9 classes to use in the month, Flex 3 members have 5 classes every month.

Are there any activation fees for purchasing a membership and changing it?
No.

I don't want to be on Auto-Pay. What are my options?
If you would like to pay in cash, check, or for a single month the cost is $110. We also offer a 3 month or 12 month unlimited options.

  • Please choose your class pass/membership carefully, there are no extensions or holds of any type.
  • Class packages must be redeemed (i.e. first use must be initiated) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
